Bryant T. Lamer

Bryant Lamer is a Spencer Fane partner and practices in Spencer Fane's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.

Bryant has served as both lead counsel and trial team member on business litigation matters, consumer class actions, international disputes, and white collar criminal defense. Bryant's practice is concentrated on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on the defense of consumer fraud claims, including the representation of businesses in individual actions and putative class actions brought under federal and state laws, and unfair business practices statutes.

Bryant has achieved successful results for our clients before state and federal courts and state and federal administrative proceedings. In addition, Bryant has experience in arbitrating national disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and international disputes before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Bryant is admitted to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and Kansas. Bryant is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. In 2001, the Federal Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois accepted Bryant as a member.
